Case Report - Puppy Worms

History:

10 week old puppy vomiting worms and passing them in the stool. Find out why where he came from is an issue.

Examination:

He isn't gaining as well as he should but overall not in bad shape.

Assessment and Plan: 

What are the worms and what are we going to do about it? How does this affect his ongoing health?
